Kaci Lynne is a visual artist working in both Alberta, Canada and Nottingham, England. She received her BFA from the Alberta College of Art + Design in 2014. Through the execution of immersion therapy principles, Lynne uses repetitive task in writing, drawing, and performance to catalogue the influence familiar objects have over our emotional stability. She employs a systematic breakdown of her own emotional identity through dissection of Western cultural ideals portrayed in media propaganda, and the negative effects this has on self-worth.
