Toast and Margarine takes what is stale or absurd and transforms it into palatable alternatives. Toast and Margarine is the karaoke jockey stage name of Teresa Tam, a graduate of the Alberta College of Art and Design. In her practice, she wonders what it means to have genuine experiences, emotions, thoughts, and memories through oscillating expressions and systems. She specializes in bookmaking and digital technologies.
