Two gal pals finish their periods and go out on dates to Olivia Newton-John this shit and get physical, but during their dates, their periods make a harrowing return.

Erin Shanks is a 21 year old Metis woman from a small town in northern Alberta. She is currently a film studies student at the University of Calgary, where she is also an active member of NUTV.

Erin has an interest for films that cause discomfort and encourage the viewer to examine their own reactions and feelings. She is passionate about diverse female representation in all forms of media and representation of women behind the camera.

Synced is her first film and it competed at the NUTV Student Film Festival in 2018 where it was met with outrageous fits of laughter.
